1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser and remember certain information about your visit.

3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), except for strictly necessary cookies, which are required to provide the requested service. No optional category is pre-enabled.
4. Retention and withdrawal of consent
Your choice is stored for a maximum of 12 months. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer, as easily as it was given, and delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Cookies in detail
lp-consent (first-party, strictly necessary): stores your consent choice; duration 12 months. lp-lang (first-party, preferences): remembers the language the site is shown to you in, whether you pick it with the selector or it is determined from your browser settings. The local copy is saved as soon as the site knows that language — when you pick it, or when you record your cookie choice — as personalisation you requested, exempt from consent, and stays until you clear your browser data; the cookie that also tells the server only gets set if you accept the preferences category, and lasts 12 months. lp-booking (first-party, preferences, local storage): saved only if you tick “Remember my details on this device” on the booking form, and written only once the request has gone out; holds the name, phone, e-mail (if given), seating and number of guests to pre-fill the form on your next visit; lasts 12 months and is removed when you send a request with the box unticked, withdraw consent for the preferences category, or clear your browser data. _ga and _ga_<ID> (third-party, analytics, Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC): set only if you accept the analytics category and only while analytics is switched on for this site; they tell visits and sessions apart through a pseudonymous — not anonymous — identifier and last up to 2 years; the data is processed in the United States (see the international transfers section of the Privacy policy). Withdrawing your consent stops them and removes them. No marketing cookies are used; should they be enabled, they would be listed here beforehand.
